Catalog Genie (“the Service”) lets sellers upload product data and publish a hosted online catalog. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all content you upload. You must have the right to publish any product data, images, and descriptions you add.

Acceptable use. No illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods. No spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend catalogs that violate these terms.

AI-generated content. Descriptions and categories are generated automatically and provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before relying on them.

Plans & billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability. The Service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
