Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. You can cancel your paid plan anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after cancelling.

Refunds. If you are charged in error or are unhappy within 7 days of a payment, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com and we will refund that payment in full.

Free tier. The free plan is free forever for one catalog and requires no payment.

Taxes. Invoices are GST-compliant. Add your GSTIN in billing to have it appear on invoices.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
